Did You Know?
Raccoons are believed to be color blind, relying more on their incredible sense of touch than their eyesight. Even their name comes from a term meaning "animal that scratches with its hands," a nod to their dexterous paws and curious nature.
With every piece I create, my goal is not only to inspire and entertain but also to educate—embedding fascinating facts like these directly into my artwork.
For this “Raccoon with a Flower” piece, I carefully selected words like clever, mischievous, and bandit, along with phrases such as “excellent memory,” “usually nocturnal,” and “not good pets!” In total, you’ll find over 30 words and phrases hidden throughout this artwork, each one celebrating the intelligence and playfulness of this fascinating animal.
Every piece of my art is digitally hand-drawn, one letter at a time, with no word or phrase ever repeated. Depending on the complexity, each artwork takes between 6 and 60 hours to complete.
I truly hope this piece brings you as much joy as I had in creating it!
