Did You Know?
A group of owls is called a “parliament,” a name fitting for their wise and mysterious reputation. Owls also have three eyelids, each serving a different purpose—one for blinking, one for sleeping, and one for keeping their eyes clean!
With every piece I create, my goal is not only to inspire and entertain but also to educate—embedding fascinating facts like these directly into my artwork.
For this Eagle Owl piece, I carefully selected words like farsighted, stealth, and cute, along with phrases such as “binocular vision,” “mostly solitary,” and “symbol of intelligence.” In total, you’ll find over 30 words and phrases hidden throughout this artwork, each one celebrating the mystery and majesty of this incredible bird.
Every piece of my art is digitally hand-drawn, one letter at a time, with no word or phrase ever repeated. Depending on the complexity, each artwork takes between 6 and 60 hours to complete.
I truly hope this piece brings you as much joy as I had in creating it!
